still slow

Ran tonight, forgot the last couple of nights.
Instead of the 1.6 I've been doing, I went the other way and did 2.4. Roughly 30 minutes. Still slow. My room mate gave me a hassle for being so slow and not running very far after doing this for a couple weeks, saying I should add at least a quarter mile. I disagreed and argued with him about it, but secretly agreed. So I think thats what I'll do (or fail to do).
